Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building a lightweight CRM for managing my overdue tasks, follow-ups, client communications, and daily operational work. What started as a personal productivity tool gradually became something much more useful.
The system helps me manage tasks, schedule calls with contacts, keep track of company representatives, and organize digital assets such as domains, licenses, and servers — all in one place.
I intentionally kept the CRM simple, fast, and practical, while still making it feature-rich enough for real daily use. It’s built entirely with PHP and hosted on my own server.
This project was created to solve my own workflow problems, but I believe many freelancers, developers, small teams, and business owners may need something similar.
So instead of turning it into a commercial product, I decided to make it available for free for anyone who finds it useful.
